Organizing your data within the Windows
File Structure is very important. Having organized data is essential to being
able to effectively find and work with files. Before we start, it is necessary
that we understand the terms we are working with. A file is any saved piece
of data. It may be a document, or picture, or spreadsheet. It is any recoverable
piece of data. A folder is a place to store your files.
